Jana Perera brings over 20 years of experience across higher education, vocational education, and private organisations to her consultancy work. Throughout her career, she has built impactful international partnerships, driven recruitment and industry relationships, and delivered high commercial returns for organisations.
With a strong foundation in leading marketing teams and a broad network of education providers and industry partners, Jana specialises in connecting organisations with the right education and training providers to upskill and reskill their workforce. Her focus is on ensuring tailored, impactful learning and development solutions that align with organisational goals and enhance workforce productivity.
Jana holds a Bachelor’s in Business, a Master’s in Advertising, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Design Futures. She is dedicated to helping organisations elevate their commercial strategies, forge industry connections, and achieve sustainable growth.
